FLYING DUTCHMAN 1975-79 55cm
Late 70's Flying Dutchman was from Belgium and imported by Big Wheel Bicycles of Denver back in the day. It has Campagnolo Nuevo Record parts with Nuevo Tipo high flange wheels and a Reynolds 531 Double Butted Steel tubing. Some touch up's, paint came back well and most stickers are good. Seat tube is 55cm c-c, top tube is 55cm c-c, stand over height is 31 inches or 79cm .
Bike was fully rebuilt and has new cables, bar tape, hoods, toe straps and chain. All parts were cleaned and detailed. Frame was cleaned, touched-up and rubbed out then waxed. There are some scratches on bike frame and on some parts, but overall it is very good. The brakes show were someone had extended the reach for the brake shoes, this is not a problem because the shoes are at the top not the bottom. Bike is ready to ride and needs nothing.
